      The title is an inside thing, meant to draw the attention of frequenters of the *chan community, and actually references a stickied topic at the time of this poems writing. It means "in responce to post #72810784", though this poem has nothing to do with said post, and then the B& is also an inside joke, meaning "Banned". This poem is full of references to the *chan community, and though while itself seems to be meaningful, it'd probably be considered a joke within the *chan community.

      At the same time, it is meant to stand alone and be serious. It was originally entitled "Banished" and was meant to poke at poems that have no direction and just throw issues everywhere without explaining enough about them.
