I am addicted to a television show
I spend my money on all the seasons
my friends think that I'm outta control
but I tell them I have got my reasons

they may think I am outta wack
but I can tell that they all still love me
still they were takin aback
when I dyed my hair to look like Scully

remembering my nine didget SS number
I am not always so keen
I'll never forget my code to the fan club
even thought there are fifteen

So I spend more money on action figurines
those collector cards were calling my name
I've collected this stuff since my early teens
I have even beat the video game

my favorite book is about X-files no suprise
my favorite band is on the movie soundtrack
my favorite movie...I think that was implied
and my favorite colors are red and black

I am addicted to this television show
I can recite the movie word for word
I have seen the pilot a hundred times
I am totally an X-Files nerd
