Tired of teen indifference
hoping to inspire new alliances and passions
environmentalist go heavy metal
so they can rock young minds
using Metallica logic blended
in order to inspire love for earth's creatures.
Finding mascots to dress for inspiration
and give their cause a heart pounding beat.
Furry creatures dressed for attitude,
fund raising concerts they are used to perform
their trained hip gyrating dances.
It all brings throngs of fans to join the concern,
but still working out all the finer details,
for they went a bit over the top
when new music fanatic members
tried putting purple Mohawk wig
on killer whale, Shamu.
Zoo keepers on guard
hearing rumors that crazed kids
plan on fitting elephants
with leather stud collars.

Odd but I wouldnt put it past them to try most anything these days for it seems we are reverting back to the old gladiator times where pain is the entertainmenty of the day .Yet as they were growing up the government refused the parents to dicipline their children for it may cause pain .So todays generations seems like they are craving the very thing only their pain today often takes lives
