Hmmm...love or war? However, isn't love like a war in many regards?
The intensity of the words really helps to symbolize the intensity of love for a mate. It's a very powerful poem.
Good luck!

Wow...I just read someone else's comment--so now I'm wondering if this is a poem about nuclear war or if it's a really unusual metaphor for the power of love. I can honestly say that I have no idea. (g) Best of luck in the contest!

-
Very different, but yet very strong words.

You screwed me. I can't get the real meaning beyond these words, but they are strong... indeed, showing love as a more-than-natural strength.
