Would you come to the creek with me
I will bring my net
we can catch frogs
that is how my mommy gets them
she is a big chicken
I pick them up with my hands
sometimes I drop them
and they hop away quickly
to hide from other animals
so they don't get ate
We can jump in the puddles
and play in the water
it gets very muddy
it is not to deep
I see snakes slither by
but they wont hurt you
they are looking for shade
I would love for you to come play
and see all the bugs and animals
they are my friend

You are brave to pick up frogs. I did it once and the frog peed in my hand. I threw him down really fast, poor thing. I love your poem! It is so much fun to read and makes me want to be there and do all that fun stuff.
