Lost was I in a world
full of so many things.
Even though the world was full
I knew there was something missing.

I walked and ran miles
to get this far.
Then I found a door that
was slightly ajar.

I walked in and I was shocked
I saw you and wanted to say "Hi"
You came over and shook my hand
Right then and there I wanted to fly.

I couldn't believe what I saw
I looked in your eyes and I saw stars
Twinkling all over sending me a sign

I thought for a while
And realized that you were the one
My one and only prince
I went in denial once I left

And It faded away like color

I thought about you so much

But It was just a dream
