Glorious things can often be dangerous.
She was an angel with a devilish twist.
She had a rebellious gleam in her eyes,
That held the secrets of fallen empires.
Her hair glowed of ashes,
From fires that were her creations.
Jealousy fueling a never ending longing,
A want of freedom that was so unattainable.
She has no apologies for her abandonment.
The earth is a playground for her taking now.
She no longer weeps for the perfection of free will,
Because some angels are simply fated to be fallen.
