Thank You for Your entry: 13 Reasons...
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I did several times~ even with 13Words...Bravo for making the change so quick~ I know it is hard
Now I'm ready to begin- after inhaling I kept seeing word:Very True-
I was being shown a paper bag and a person hyperventilating...and blowing into it~ associated with a panic attack buttttttttttt related to just the belief of harm...not having endured it before where there are panic attack victims who endured a trauma- two different things~ I don't want to lessen the validity of reason why as one better than the other-
I'm being shown a cigarette lit~ and seeing smoke rings but also seeing like a skull with
cross bones formed through these rings- being shown phrase: chew gum...
Getting reference to: Break the Habit- and word: Nicotine
Hopefully that makes sense
