Lightning strikes,
your skin glistening in the flash.
Raindrops cover us as a cocoon
cooling the nova heated passions
Natures symphony plays
thunder the perfect percussion
rain the strings
breezes the woodwinds
lightning the brass giving accent to all
we touch and caress
kisses tracing paths of raindrops.
Starting from neck slowly to chest and stomach
mouth drenched as it swallows all nature gives
once more the thunder rolls and lightning flashes as the crescendo of our love in the rain is reached.
To the warm fire and a soft rug as we fall asleep in each others arms with sighs in remembrance
