Constantly holding

Guard down,                    mind free,                            I can't let go,

    It's              too              hard              for                me

Thoughts              rushing,                  Mind                  racing,

        Over      thinking,                              Stomach        sinking,

Am            I            really                going                      insane?

          Only                    if                  I              could..

                Release                these              strains,

                      and      Discover      the    peace,

                            I      will    finally    be...

                                        at ease.

    Thank You!!

Thank You for Your entry: Constantly holding
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I did several times~
Interestingly enough I instantly saw a Heart when I first opened it up and strange as it appears- It was so vivid in my Mind~ I was also seeing what looks like Victoria Falls~ and reference to the *feeling* one gets upon viewing such a sight
I'm being shown what looks like a basement and appears to be inside a house...I am being shown the *trap door* and then steps going into darkness
Whether metaphor or symbolism~ I was being shown this~
Also being shown a hand scribbling- with fingers grasping pen tight...just scribbling furiously...as if just letting go~ and hearing word: Oxycotton
but hearing words: false relief- and being shown a pool of liquid and it spiraling down a drain
    Hopefully that makes sense
Powerful images You have brought forth

    These words grabbed and pulled~
Release these strains, and Discover the peace
    Unique Voice spoken~

Thank You for sharing Your Heart also Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
    **Judging will be done shortly...
    Many blessings too
    and much love~ Desire~*~
