The closest thing to the moon
is your embrace
that lifts my feet
from tired walk
and carries me a mile or two
yet, once, when you were weighted down,
I tried to drag you by the hand
and it was not enough,
I had to haul you
although my back was bent already.

The sharing of a burden with an embrace whether light or forceful is still a beautiful thing mom! Well done as always! Your words always make me think and for that I am grateful! Love ya so much!
