~Sweet Lady Bug Luck~

~*~
Her tiny, garnet winged enchantments heaven brings;
delicately she lands ‘pon an elegant, marvellous Spring.
Taken a flight, soars her amourous wing; a small delight,
melodiously casts her lucky charms aloft a spirited sprite!
~*~
Fluttering amidst your garden, enthralling a floral darling;
delicately a dancing Angel aloft her lilt-gossamer thronging.
This endearingly, lovely Lady silently visits you almost daily;
she’ll discreetly enter your abode, lain quietly amid th’ bailey.
~*~
O! Sweetly her polka dot dress embellishes her flittering bequest;
harmlessly, no doubt, she’ll wander in and out of your tender nest.
A truly mystifying delight as she sheds her mystique of crimson light,
cosset her magical charms, as she doth soar God’s magnificent flight!

Author’s Comments: I just had to post one of, what I call, my playful poems for children...A poem donated to an endearing poetess friend, Patricia Simpson, for her USA Children’s charity book entitled” The Butterbee’s Play With Kids In USA” at LULU Publications. Thank you and enjoy!
