Bleakness shades living
memories faded by time,
as dust clusters where
rays of sunshine once played.
Whispers of intimate exchange
echo in dimensions of silence,
reflecting an eerie presence
of congeniality.
Life endures amidst the
changing tides of existence,
leaving behind an assortment
of exotic paradigms,
like footprints in the sand.

There is a nice smooth flow to this poem and I think you did really well by using so few filler words - well done.
I liked the wisdom expessed here, the sense of spirituality and you've applied some wonderful images too. The "assortment of exotic paradigms" is a really nice....with time we do acquire some perceptions and so often have to make some paradigm shifts. Nicely done, darell - thank you for your entry.

Great Write
You did such a nice use of imagery and content that flowed right off my eyes as spoken words off the tongue. Keep up the wonderful work.
-
nice poem...just one small observation...echo is spelled wrong - you've got an extra "e" on there.

aww this is really good, its sensual in its own form,
i love the way its written and simply the sheer beauty of the poem, my favourite part of the poem is:
Bleakness shades living
memories faded by time,
as dust clusters where
rays of sunshine once played.
it just opened up the poem so brilliantly,
all my love,
kitty xx -
a good piece of poetry which flows smoothly, the wording is adept and smiling with poetry's magical ways.
