I saw you
And I felt my heart break
It was more than I could take

I heard you
Before we ever met
Like a song I'll never get

I understood you
And I knew that you knew me
We were a perfect symmetry

I recognized you
And I felt a bit of shock
A revaltion that I got:

I know you
From somewhere far away
A sunlight in the rain

I feel like
Once upon a time
Somewhere in your life

I was living with you

Author notes

...dunno know if this is a happy poem, but this is basically the dead person in a different life...a reincarnation (sp?) or like they're an angel looking after 'you'.
