He said, " lay down your
life for me,"
Who knew your heart?
Those final moments
before HE came to
take you? None can
judge or condemn.
His sins now
past. Only HE
washes away sins.
Final moments,
Your last.
Author notes
We tend to judge basd upon what we " see," but who are we to judge? I chose the 40 word minimum....

Very beautiful. Very deep. You have written well.

this can be taken alot of ways, in the sense of it leaves the readers mind open to interpret alot of things, like "What were his sins?" and "What caused his final moments?"
very nicely penned and best of luck in the contest -

Thanks.....you read into this quite well. This actually sprang from the death of a relative recently and the talk after he passed about his mistakes.....great contest!
