And in this pitiless, harsh charade,
I disappear in my masquerade,
For you don't care and never did,
And now somehow goodbye I'll bid,

Worth more to me than any gold,
In the end I saw the lies,
And still it goes on, he still denies,
When we were happy, did you think,
That eventually I'd be on the brink?
Of totally losing all control,
Return my heart that you once stole,
I wish I had another chance,
To turn and ask for one last dance,
But I can't go on in this endless fight,
So I'll just leave alone tonight,
For you won't notice if I'm gone,
All you ever said was wrong,
How you need me, how you care,
Don't cry to me, don't even dare,
Utter one word and I'm scared I'll die,
For all I ever did was try,
To make you love me like I love you,
But that's too hard a thing to do,
So in this night, last tears I'll cry,

This is also an incredible write! I know all to well what it feels like to have my heart broken. You penned an excellent poem here, bringing to life the emotion and dismay and pain that accompinies such an event. And once again, the flow an rythym are excellent.

Aww, this is truly a dark symphony that i cry in heart at. This I have felt and seen too much, and know of its pain and suffering. I've wrote alot on my heartbreak, but through these words you seem a sweet lass. And a charade of laughter and sorrows, is none for you, but only the giver. Great write. I enjoyed it, and let this pathetic cowardless dog, burn in flames of his demise.
