Our ambitions were shaken
-fantasies, tattered;
Yet we held our breath,
held on to the brittle world
hand in hand.
Together.
I saw heart shaped snow flakes
fall, without direction
And your eyes reflected sparkles
and honesty
and love;
And just when I was in love again
-it shattered.
Everything did.
It was not my fault
-not this time.
