My Heart Heard...

After reading your Heartspeak
I went numb and speechless
and reaching for pen
spun an inspired poem to share...

Here in the blue innocent sky
cloaked and folding free a breeze
desperately turning over leaf

licking until your shadowed storm

is done

and so for a minute yet to come
the tongue of summer

fills my mouth and strums

a loving song for the comfort

of your garden
a flourishing caress

of sweet breath

picking up sound

ground in truth taking root
lifting me and Hopefully you
to a true blue innocent sky
I sing this humble tender tune
in reply...

to your Heartspeak swoon

So expanding on the Love

you show/sow

we are all enriched

and grow/glow
because we know...

                 "Klassy Lassy"

Thank you, Karen.

A lovely, colorful piece. I love the discriptive words you've used here. Great writing.

    Nicky,

How the "sweet tongue of your summer moments" leave us remembering the fruits of the heart all winter! Soft breezes whisper in soul evergreen beyond the cyclones of sense and we come to breathe in the beauty of a form more divinely fair.

The ache of rain is dispelled in rainbows, which seem to be misting my vision again, but the sun is ever there. Thank you for adding your rays.

It is my turn to be speechless at the warm flourishes of your quill.

    ~Karen

This is delightful as it is full of truth. The center three stanzas echo nicely the sensuous and natural style of Karen and show the care she is so known for. Wonderful paean.
    Peace & Light,
    Tom B.
