For many years we've shared much time entwined,
and I have grown quite fond of you my dear
May you hold me close in your heart and mind,
you're one of a kind, and no-one compares.
Never could another fill your sweet spot,
only you have captured my heart and soul
Sometimes we write romance and then some hot,
and then I find myself losing control.
Lonely is this world without love in it,
and you lend a shoulder to lean upon
Cradle me deep inside your rhymes of wit,
for I need a vision to carry on.
Within our hearts we will always remain
kindred spirits of a passionate rain.
