I tried to write a poem today
But I couldn’t think of what to say
With pen in hand I took a stand
And sat down anyway
So I wrote one word at a time
And tried to make the whole thing rhyme
I thought and thought and thought some more
And I came up with this little score
The fat cat sat on my hat
Imagine that!
I chased that cat off my hat
And he jump down to the floor
I put on that hat, where the cat sat
And walked right out the door
The End.
