Though his love was genuine
we shed the same tear,
Sleeping in our shadows
wishing he was here,
I am in love,
And she just as me,
But with a sympathetic soul
I'm willing to share my dream,
Is love really free?
Because this seems to be at
the cost of my heart,
Her happiness is his joy,
His joy...my art,
Descending from my muse
for the survival of her existence,
We shed the same tear,
With contrary reasons of happiness

You know what lil sis...
I think you penned this perfectly, from your Poetic soul. The words are smoothe, and flows in harmonic passion from deep within. Good luck to you in the contest. I really enjoyed this, especially the ending, very passionate.
