Universal Treasure

I search the night sky.
Wishing that I could fly.
Up to Jupiter's moon Ganymede.
The spinning gas, like treasure beads.
To the planet Venus, named for the goddess of love.
With many stars shining above.
To Mars, it's water frozen in vapor form.
The lifeless planet looking forlorn.
Saturn's gaseous rings.
Much beauty to the solar system, it brings.
Uranus on it's tilted axis with methane clouds.
Like a painting in a shroud.
Neptune with it's great dark spot, slowly rotating in space.
In it's place.
The black holes with their shining blue light.
Taking reality to new heights.
But, the most treasured planet.
The one that has the most worth.
Is the beautiful blue planet Earth.

I'm actually surprised this held my attention. In all honesty I wasn't expecting much because generally once I see anything space or science related I jet. But this was really great. It had a beautiful message and was so well written. Wonderful job
