Pen In Hand

Missing image

I discover who I am,

With pen in hand.

Questions are answered,

I learn, I understand.

I delve into my soul,

Pull out the best of me.

Quickly write them down,

For humanity.

I discoverd a whole new world,

Once hidden, but now found.

A world of love, of innocence,

Full of wisdom, its profound.

I have overcome my fear,

With this tool I use to grow.

It has led me on a journey,

To unite  flesh and soul.

    Ah....

This is a fine write. Yes, we have a lot of common feelings about the inspired write! Writing is a wonderful tool to get to the heart & bring out what's hidden, good or bad. I really like the way you start this out:

    I discover who I am,
    With pen in hand.
    Questions are answered,
    I learn, I understand.

I can totally identify! I & ask for guidance. I'm inspired to write & bingo...before I know it my heart & His words are before me! From start to finish this has a nice flow & rhyme. I'm glad you won a trophy. It is

Perfect! You have expressed what many poets feel, it's so important to recognize and appreciate the value of our writing and how it affects our lives. There are great things that lie within our imaginations and there are great powers in the uses of writing for healing and helping.

This is really wonderful and reads peacefully and smooth...

Very nice...I love how you brought this to life. It has wonderful inspiration; felt like I was on a ride (at a steady, confident speed). Great ideas too; rich with 'soul-quest' stuff.

and is it not... those words which
    we tare from our hearts
    soulful they flow...on and on...
but to see inside like a mirror
    reflections of who we are
    for a moment
the world sees too-- our spirit in floatation

    Hello Pisces Rainbow.

Your pen has indeed written many things not just for yourself but for others who read your work, and wisdom shines through many of your pieces.

I wish you well on your journey.
