I made the plans and cleared the ground
And dug holes til blisters popped.
I’ve torn out roots and hauled off rocks,
Till exhaustion had me stopped.
I planted each rose with loving care,
In measured precise places.
I re-routed pipes and put in more,
So water covered all the spaces.
I fought off aphids, bugs and worms,
And pulled all the weeds that grew.
But now I set with coffee cup----
AND WATCH WHAT GOD CAN DO..

I love this...the aphids attack my roses every year, but every year they bloom despite the sabotage. ....
I think my pipes got rerouted a bit last week too, but, "It is no secret what God can do...": my mom used to sing that old song to me when I was small. You make me remember her arms around me.
Enjoy your coffee, and smell the roses. I am loving them, too.

Now this is one that just makes the heart smile

I'm sure the lady will love this one for it's written with a lot of pure sweetness, hon!
Wishing you all the very best! -
She would smile and in one visit to all your efforts brng forth the blossoms so long sought with a thought, a kiss and a stirring of the soil.

Peace & Light,
