Imagination is false promise
That's what you tell me.
And fairy-tales, merely lies
set up to disappoint.
Expect nothing and never be let down.
But I believe you can take yourself across the world
with your feet planted on the ground.
Everything is an illusion
and everyone's the same.
You don't believe in individuals
and you think it's all a game.
If it is I'm staying,
but re-defining the aim.
You claim to be a realist,
but that's just a cynics word.
I'd rather live by an illusion
than in your concrete world.

reality vs fantasy
i can totally relate to this and u covered both aspects of each world how one shadows the other and has everything we want... the title fits it well and i can see u fit this as well and i love the line
