    An interesting triolet and the technical apsects of the form are good.

    You have found verse in this prompt though I felt a few lines to be a bit awkward, somewhat forced.

    The form is great as well as the rhyme.
    I see the focus here on just one moment
    but it ties well to the prompt.
    I did feel "We'll share the passion So I'll kiss you"
    sounded a bit 'off' compared with the rest of the verse. Best to you with this. Blue

    The content connects

    with the title. The write left me feeling uncomfortable, and I guess that was intended. Perhaps more here of referring to the 'man' as an jackass, than the gist expected of the contest prompt. Thanks for your entry. Frans

    A triolet that's not quite winsome!

    I get the situation perfectly.
    I will leave the garden gate if you kiss me but if you do not, find another partner for the moonlight boat-ride Saturday night.
    I been there and done that. However, I did not have a triolet up my sleeve.
