My little wolfie is growing up
He will no longer be my pup
Gazing into deep pools of liquid Jade
Frosting your soul like marmalade
Deep stories you have and hold
Planets shinning far and wide
Within the clouds they try to hide
Shimmering here with a glimmer there
Across the dark sky everywhere
it's not like you're back in Iraq
So close, but so far away
I miss you more everyday

This poem has wonderful-sounding lines that combine to create quite a dramatic write, actually! You can be proud of this poem, which has been written and combined with skill. lol
