Maybe someday I'll go fishing
And get a load of what is most pleasing
Had a strange feeling the other day
You were trying to convince me
About a detail that made us both unhappy
I am Invisible
To all those who look for me.
I am what they all want to be
But I will never be what I truly am.
"Today, I found out
That Man exists,
And he made me his prophet..."
And get a load of what is most pleasing
Had a strange feeling the other day
You were trying to convince me
About a detail that made us both unhappy
I am Invisible
To all those who look for me.
I am what they all want to be
But I will never be what I truly am.
"Today, I found out
That Man exists,
And he made me his prophet..."
Author notes
Hmmm...This IS quite strange and amusing to see what it gives. I skipped a poem though, just thought I should mention it. It was Haiku (three lines) but it did not fit with the tone at all and didn't make it very interesting. This seems to make something a least bit coherant!

Your poem flows with intriguing and sparky thoughts to truly please the reader.
I really do admire the way this fine poem came together! It's like looking in your backpack or purse, sort of.
