What is which creeps, along the wall?
Silent, deadly, down he crawls.
Do not be fooled, he might be small,
He might seem helpless, as he stalls,
But with a moment’s deadly time,
Upon your head he’ll climb!
As fast as lightning, by your eyes,
He’ll steal from you a deadly prize!
For innocent and small he seems,
His bite, alas, will win your screams!
