Angry woman misses flight
Airport at Christmas



Kisses or cookies?
Though it rains, he will bring both
I wait by the fire



Anticipation:
The fireplace spreads warmth and light,
Cookies soothe frayed nerves.



By the glowing fire
Cookies nourish my soul,
and I am content.



Tooth replaced with fire!
Thoughts drift like wisps of cool fog;
Smile hides behind clouds.



Tooth fairy has gone
To build her ivory tower
Why can't she use bricks?



Rain on the windows
warm bed fills me with delight.
What is for breakfast?



Glow of city lights
No stars in the rainy sky
Firefly on TV



A cool breeze blows, but
delicious smell of dinner
distracts from cold feet.



Cat, why do you meow?
Your every wish is granted
Your bottom is shaved.
