Do not fear the labour pains of the bend
Do not disregard the offers spent
Rejoice in the knowing that God is omnipresent
Would a raindrop fear its fall to the thirsty soil?
Would a ray shun its journey to the eager flower?
Would a seed avoid its explosion into new growth?
There is passion in the tearing of tears' power
There is life in the searching of love's oath
There is force in the venting of volcanoes' boil
Do not hide from the Sizzle that is scorching
Rejoice in the Reaper that is reaching
Join in the salvage of the merging
It is the Birth of a New Universe ...

When I saw your contest directly after that, I could think of no poem more suitable than this gift of Water and Fire as a token of Hope for you to take with you on your journey ... I know it was written for you, too, for this is how God works in my life. May you bring joy, inspiration and hope to the world by gifting them with the fruit of your pen!

I think this is a good place to announce I wrote you a haiku in Delaney's contest. I remember a poem that put words on ideas I had about God's sovereign ability to save whomever. It was about a winter, or summer spent garden that you sought out a bouquet in. If you would find it , and link in your comment, I would be so gratified. Hope Mercy, Joy, Wonder, floods your soul. That you see the work of your heart and hands bloom exuberantly.

Thank you, Beloved One ..
would you please send me the link?

"Rejoice in the knowing that God is omnipresent"
This reminds me of the creation of Narnia by Aslan, and of His calling an End to it (_The Magician's Nephew_ and _The Last Battle_, by C. S. Lewis), taking His followers with Him to His Country, and creating a new Narnia and a new Earth.
"We are all between the paws of the true Aslan."

Ah ...
Would that our New Earth come soon ...

I still don't understand how it's going to happen but believe, as you say in these verses, all things will be recreated. I don't know Blue Rew but she must be someone very special for you to have gifted her with these words. Best of luck in the contest.
Sincerely,
Leo Long

The Gift is for us all ...
and we shall be resurrected by its Living Water and its Light and Love.

The power of the universe are meanifest in these lines - in your words.
The words chosen with care - they propel the reader forwards through the lines giving impetus to the unseen power that is in everything... and everyone.

Within the depths of the war ...
in this physical realm, you know the victory in the spiritual.

I see so much of the appreciation for growth
and change within these words. Poignant, they
reach-out and grab my focus and motivate me
to immediate action. Now that's powerful writing!
Thanks so much for writing and sharing this.

Thank you for your graciousness ...
and your being, even in this fleeting touch, which is being recorded in the highest Realm.

we all see within this poem, i think, our own soul's growth - the journey of transition to transition into the vastness of promise and hope. your poem is a lovely offering to a gifted poet.

We are interlinked ...
even in our individualized transition ... we are the sum total of His Whole.
Hallo, Richard.

Thank you, Wade ...
and electrified, we are empowered to withstand every onslaught ...

Well. I know this stimulating fire, and it has name on it. Jesus! How much higher can we fan the flames than to fall in love with Jesus, the NOW living Lord! No love affair could exceed nor satisfy.
Oh, Myra. I choked up when I read the precious pearls that are intended for all people.
Would a raindrop fear its fall to the thirsty soil?
Would a ray shun its journey to the eager flower
... a beautiful, natural, and practical picture of that which thrives for our favor, our benefit.
I can see why paranchma could inspire this. What an author as well.
Thank you for giving me a double scoop of this volcanic passion to carry in my soul. I'm moved up by it.

Precious Dianne ...
We are indeed in a irrecoverable state of exultation!
God shall not leave the work of His Hands incomplete. In Jesus we are whole and powerful.

Hi Myra~
You've worded this absolutely gorgeously. What could be said in simple words you've made beautiful, full of life, expression. Love it!
"Do not hide from the Sizzle that is scorching
Rejoice in the Reaper that is reaching
Join in the salvage of the merging
It is the Birth of a New Universe ..."
Amen to that!

All words of Love ...
are worded before, and all shall be worded afterwards. For Love always remains Love.

The idea of death as rebirth is not new, of course, but you handle it with originality and power. There are some fabulous images in this piece.

The Joyous Message ...
is a Repetition of the Soul. It can never be stated enough. And within the awareness comes the peace.
-
-
The old world's struggle to remain in control is nearing its painful end. Beyond that is beauty and peace of an unknown nature. You masterfully reflected on this in your magnificent poem. Thank you for creating and sharing, precious soul. Ack.

How extremely well-constructed ...
the Divine layout of His Plan. We can but stand in wonderment and in awe. Those belonging together, will be joined. And those not of the same, will be separated. It is the time of the final separation.

I think the transformation is completed in the journey of this poem. Brilliant. Love, C

To truly hear ...
the silence must be deafening ...
You hear the soft joy.

Transformation is not for the timid! Your verse is full of hope and energy. I love it.

This little wilted flower ...
gets inspired by His Fire and Living Water everytime I cry for mercy ... It is his way of saying: I hear, Child. Feel my Answer in your blood.
