My Strong Lion

'A life without you
is a life
not worth living'
I think this
as I remember
the days
that we were us.
I was
your little lamb,
and you were
my strong lion.
You could kill me
with one little touch,
but I never cared.
You would laugh
with that stupid grin
on your face
and say I was suicidial.
Yeah, I was yours
and you were mine.
Times have changed
And the ending
came to quick.
I lay here in my bed
thinking about twilight
and fire-flies
hoping that
you'll come back.
My strong lion,
I miss you...

Author notes

"'And so the lion fell in love with the lamb'
'What a stupid lamb,' I sighed
'What a sick masochistic lion'"
♥from the book Twilight

Okay some ppl are wondering which book I truly wrote this for and it is for New Moon... you know the part after Ed leaves and Bella become suicidal

I like this very much and it is very good. I am reading New Moon through again for a second time because I have to wait for the rest of the series to be able to read it. My daughter has them !!! Thank you for entering

What a fun tribute for Twilight! This was so sad! I figured that this was "from" New Moon... although it could also be from the standpoint of an obsessed reader who awaits Breaking Dawn. This was a very fun read. Good job!

interesting... but i didnt really get the suicidal part... it seemed like you just popped that in out of nowhere, so i was a little thrown off by it... is it meant to say that the person was suicidal in the relationship or is it supposed to be after the relationship? and if its in the realtionship then its kinda weird to put it in there because we have no lead up to it or reason for it

Have you ever read the books.... well if you have... you would know that in the second book she becomes VERY suicidial after edward leaves... I wrote this for one of my fav books..... and if you understanded my words... like 'I remember the days'... it would show that it is after the relationship.... but thanks for your thoughts....
