I need a sign to open up my eyes
Of all these years, they’ve been remembered by me for way too long
I’m now saying that I will no longer look back
‘Cause I’ve been screaming for so long and now I say
I’m free.

There’ve been too many times that I have cried out his name
And too many times that I’ve sat and daydreamed of his perfect face
But now that I’ve realized what he has been inside
I have a new beginning

I am free from him

This is my beginning for a new existence
A fresh start from all the pain that I’ve been going through

So as I kneel at night to ask God
To help me conquer all that I have lost
