I bask in infinity of what could have been and what now might be. The future can hold so much and yet so little as it seems. I am whole heartedly aware of what chance may bring me.
Though I am afraid of where it would all lead me. Without a leg to stand on, and no where to go? My future appears dark, but what do I know?
I could be rich, I could be famous. I could also lose my dignity and live my life high and shameless. I now know what could have been, will now never ever be.
Just like the life I lead, me trying is a waste of steam. I’ll never make it, nor will I cease to try. You will never see me fall to my knees, hearing nothing but me cry.
Even though it solves nothing I will continue to proceed. Unabated by my failures and still on my feet it seems. I am willing to fight any fight I can.
For the opportunity to dream better dreams in the end.
