I find myself wondering
about who you are?
Just a one night stand
A drink at a bar
Two people entwined in a night of passion
No one caring about the seed of life
As I lie comfortably inside a womb
Unknowing of a life of strife
Birth, is a fulfillment
Life a dream
First breath enlightening
Of innocence supreme
Days and years pass me by
Questions without answers
All a lie
God help me to define the essence of life
A one night stand, careless without thought
Causes havoc, in ones mind
Knowing love cannot be bought!

Wonderful write. Far too many people these days have these "one night stands" that end up with an unwanted, unplanned future for a poor child to live through. Good job capturing those emotions.

I found this piece beautiful. You've created good imagery and your word choice is divine. I feel as if I can really connect with this though I haven't experienced it. An excellent piece.
