Every Word

Tell me all your lies,
whispered sweetly behind false eyes.
Holding all my life,
draining all my sympathy.
I wish that I cared about you.
I wish that your kisses were still sweet,
that your eyes still amazed me,
and your touch was more,
than the vomitous action it has become.
But they arn't.
Betrayal is such a strong action.
That is what you've done,
oh beautiful disaster of mine.
You have betrayed me.
Just like the rest of the locusts.
Now I leave you here,
broken, bleeding and dying as you are,
to ponder what you've done,
and to realize that while you always lied,
when I said "till death do us part",
I meant every word.
