shadows call my questioning mind
to quest
almost invisible wind blown
ripples soothe the midnight sea
reach the sand before my wandering
footprints arrive
silent testimony instead of always
purpose

This is a very beautiful poem - the tone is wonderfully created and the ending is softly sweet... I really like the imagery and the way it paints pictures in the readers mind - interesting take on the prompt
thank you for the entry to my contest
Keep writing
Polly
