Staring at velvet sky
Dancing on my tiptoe.
Swirling to the music,
Of crashing waves
A harmony, a rhythm
A tune that,
Takes breath away,
To the oceans so deep.
Nobody is looking,
Nobody knows who I am.
Everything I dreamt,
Was a lie.
Every promise,
Was a deceive
Every moment,
Was an illusion
Still,
The sun rose at dawn,
The moon came at dusk,
Stars did twinkle,
and was I breathing.
I was someone,
To that somebody.
In the end,
I was no one.
