The Will of Breath

You give fruit to my reason
You season everything that was in/visible
and I want to gallop the sublimity of time and space, pushing the air between our touch away…

My desire is constant, but constantly filled
--a well with a deepness so sound in its drops of water
You pour life onto me
I linger no longer, but in the moments where our irises of moonbeamed-green and night shift into focus, and become the fire

I burn and live
And fish for a breath
I find my pulse in your rippling, enveloped voice
between the savory cradles of true music

Please tell me what you think

    Tear this texture
    with spiral muscles
    mustering the scent of explosion
and glide your eyes until the sweat slips
    and skin grips
    and nails dig for screams
    then trickle down each spine
    immerse into divine throbs
    and soak into flesh
