The lonely miles
embracing my fragile heart
dissipate when you're near
Though we can not always be close
in our hearts we know
no distance could ever tear us apart
We have fought many a year
against all odds
to be together
Even when the evils of this world
severed the bond between us
we always put the pieces back together
Our love stood strong day after day
time after time
through hell and through heaven

These three poems were remarkable I loved the theme about distant relationships have had a couple in my time.
The words in your poems kinda stood out for themselves in "The dedication to you (part4) I loved the lines
Even when the evils of this world
severed the bond between us
we always put the pieces back together
that was remarkable.
In "Miles Apart" the refrain "Two hearts miles apart united as one" was a powerful line. And Finally We beat the distance "THrough the months and years of good times and bad ... we beat the distance." I loved those lines to. Thank you for sharing these three beautiful pieces of poetry and thank you for entering my contest.

i LOVED your poem. it's great and to me it kinda hits close to home because i am in a long distance relationship and to me that's like the vibe your poems gives off saying tha tyou can make it and that was a big part of my problem.
