Tearstained waterfall surrounds,
so difficult to pass,
my weary vessel laid aside
the pain is gone at last.
Feel the sunshine on my face
sand beneath my wings
Hear the ocean's lullaby
join the hymn it sings.
Bask in love Omnipotent
ours is paradise
satisfied in God's true love
paid by sacrifice.
Enveloped we reunite
tears of joy we spilled
welcome our eternal home
promises fulfilled.

How I wish I could believe in those words. But I am afraid I stopped believing many years ago. Saying that though, I found this a beautiful piece of writing that gives 'hope' to those that do believe. The writing itself is wonderful. Congratulations on your trophy Montie, very well done indeed.

Justt Beautiful
This is so comforting in knowing that God did sacrifice Jesus for our very salvation into Heaven for eternity with him. It sure will be paradise and no more pain and suffering. Yes both my son Matt and Pete his uncle will meet soon. I'm glad for my son for it will bring him even more joy being reunited with his uncle Pete, beens they both loved the Lord and are saved. Thank you for the hopeful and uplifting poem. Thank you for entering and best of luck in the contest.
