Passing through to my better home

Passing by, the trees and the sky
I hitched a ride, where am I going?
I want to know, who im with
am I safe here? will I get beat?
Will I die? Will I thrive?
Im moving on, to a new life
I cant wait to get there
here on the train to better tomorrows

We all wander away from what we had to start over again. Sometimes that new start helps us live a better life, and sometimes not. There are a lot of homeless people who thought they could start over, but they couldn't find an open door.

The images of what you see as the train passes by reminds of my train trips when I was growing up. I liked sitting in the seat and seeing where we were, rather than seeing ahead. Thanx for the memories, and welcome to AP. A perfect 10.

    bravo!

thought provoking questions! But there are some minor grammatical errors you might want to fix....(ie: im>>I'm)
In such a short piece you ask very grand, philosophical questions....and who really knows the answers to these, they are very personal, raw questions...
I love the last line: "here on the train to better tomorrows"!
and I really like that you don't end with punctuation ...it lets your thoughts ride free..
