A memory whispered
in a lost melody
tumbles across my ears,
a tenuous feeling of
almost there-
Dusk falls too slow
to let blue-silver moonlight
find me on the
edge-
Standing there trying
to grasp the
memory caught in the
opaque tears of a
secret shore-

This is a beautiful poem. I like the way you describe the picture. I enjoyed the read! Thank you for entering my contest.

Beautiful!
"Dusk falls to slow"... you could add another "O" to the "to" but it wouldn't make any real difference really.
The poem is... poetry in motion.
Well captured, Kj

bravo!
this has such a surreal quality! and coupled with the picture its great!
*note: i think you meant 'too' in stanza 2, line 1
great write, love the broken up form its goes well with your words, "tumbled" >> it really adds to that.
great write.
thanks for entering! -

Beautiful, it grabs your attention from the first set of words, combined with that picture, best of luck.
