May I introduce you to this curious man we call malicious
Allow yourself to fall into his dreams decadently delicious
Luring you into his darkened dreams with an angel’s face
Inviting you to go beyond the light entering night’s embrace
Calm and serene or so it seems but is it really what it appears
Inside the walls of his blissful slumber he’ll caress your fears
Opening up his world of thoughts where black ink flows free
Unconscious to everything else except this ethereal ecstasy
Spilling his beautiful poetic words, decorating your very soul
Now you feel this dark angel’s whisper and he is in control
Igniting your senses with words found written on his mind
Giving you part of himself, a pathway to dark you may find
Haunted by memories of lost yesterdays searching for the light
Taunted by his poetic soul crying out, never giving up the fight
Melting into the deepest darkest reaches of his unknown dreams
Are you willing to explore the realms that hold his silent screams?
Remember to bring candle it’s dark in there and also to beware
Enter his dreams at your own risk, welcome to his beautiful nightmare.

Superb!
Congratulations on the gold trophy. It is very well deserved. Your words describe Del's image extremely well and your use of his name, Malicious Nightmare, was flawlessly woven into the poem.
You form, rhythm and rhyme was great and appropriate to tell this story. You created a mysterious feel which I like and especially enjoyed the end where you say to bring a candle with you when you explore his dreams.
The plain black background adds visual darkness and mystery. All over, an excellent write.
