An American Dreamer

Broken Rays Of Sun Come Crashing Down Upon Us

Illuminating And Glorifying What We've Become

We Flaunt Our Destinies In Hell's Face

We Both Managed To Beat Our Course

Our Paths Collide And Fates Combined

How Beautiful The Days Become

Life Became Bright And All Insignificant Worries Drained

This Only Sun Beats Me and I Can Only Give In

Clouds Twist The Lights And Shape Our Atmosphere

All Those Who Speak Our Names Together Taste The Pleasurable Toxin

Deny Not The Bitter Sweet Taste Of Our Love, Our Sin

A Thousand Eyes May Stare At Me, But You're The Only One Who Sees Me

I Soak The Hot Intensity Of Life's New Light

How I Prefer Your Heat To All The Sphere's Fires

Together We Broke The Devil's Back

We Complete The Scene; Neither Are Poisoned Nor Stabbed

And The American Dream Is Fulfilled

This is a great piece, not sure why you chose double spacing or capitalising each word because as a poem it flows well without this in one long verse. Well deserved HM here C
