I went to a play
just to get away
from all the stress
just to think
to think about you
and hope you
wouldn't go to that
better place they
had waiting for you
we sat there in our
seats and waited
for the play to begin
Just before the play began
Mr. Klubertanz came out
on the stage
he started talking about
how good of a guy
you were
I knew what was coming
He said you had gone to
that better place
Then I started bawling
and my eyes got red
Mr. Klubertanz told us
to think of it in a really
positive way
He said that at least
He'll be in a better place
And he'll always be here
to watch over us
with every move we make
While he's in his
better place
