That glimmer in my eye
Is because of you
That smile that shines
Is because of you
Everything that is right in my life
Is because of you
Now you are no longer here
And that glimmer is gone
That smile once on my face
Is no longer shown
And with out
You in my life
Nothing seems to be right
The happiness I had
I had because of you
Now the sadness
That has overwhelmed my soul
Is because of you
When you took off
And cut me out
I felt the tear of a heart
That broke into two
Now that empty spot I have
Is because of you

    oh my gosh, I loved this its so simple and so good, and it's like back to the basics, which is my favorite poetry to read. I really loved it, and it was a pleasure to read.
