A sleepy smile sweeps her lips
Her silky dress clings to her hips
You drink her in with yearning sips
This is what you live for
Her perfect skin calls for your touch
And that of those who broke your trust
If she knew that you knew too much
This is what you lie for
You love her scent, her face, her kiss
Her perpetual air of carefree bliss
But the thought of her lips touching his
This is what you cry for
How could your love prove so untrue?
How could she think you never knew?
How could she love anyone but you?
This is what you die for
Author notes
Option 1 - she seemed to me like a temptress, so I think the poem is fitting, but you be the judge of that Love your options.
