He stares into the distance,
nothing moving but his chest.
Up, down, and up again,
frozen when the eyes meet another.
Stare through the lifeless soul i have,
cratered into my slammed mind.
Pores of greed and mistrust,
all cracks on the inferno I hold.
Once in the blue moon I see inside him,
his shards of indifference blend with mine.
Hold together the blood spill of rage and sadness,
I sudden lifelessness of the air relevevent.
He cradles the selfish girl i am in his arms,
his tundra stuck on the outside below.
He cools my soul to pieces,
but he really needs me to warm his heart.
Besides the distance between our souls,
the river leaves no contact to the willing.
I lust for not only the cooling feeling,
but he sees with his shards only my heat.
Those blue eyes of ice...

I like this poem; your use of both heat and ice is a nice move. I actually wrote a poem of this title, and I'm glad you didn't go in the same direction with it that I did (although mine was also about a guy and a girl). My favorite part is the second stanza - it seems to flow best of all of them.
