I left my shoes under your bed
I remembered after our relationship went dead
Italian custum made gift from a friend
Keep them; it's not worth seeing you again
I realized you left your shoes under my bed
When that awful odor went to my head
I took them out and threw them away
They came back on yesterday
In the furnace I tried to burn
Unfazed, untouched again they returned
I know this means I’m cursed
I though you were gone since I cut the purse
You and your shoes just won’t stay away
I’ve had enough go somewhere else to prey
I threw out your clothes and guitar
Still you come back straight from the bar
Singing the blues and I love you
Can’t you understand, it’s done, we’re through
You slept with my friends, my sister & my mother
I wouldn’t be surprise if you hit on my brother
Your shoes are made for stalking
And that is what you do
My new man is waiting, anticipating, I’m tired of talking
He’s gonna stomp all over you
